Abstract
This section summarises the findings of the baseline research findings (phase I) and gives an overview of the capacity building conducted in phase II of the project construction of knowledge societies (Elimika). This project aims at empowering communities in Kenya for prosperity by equipping them with broad based knowledge on good governance, leadership and human rights as enshrined in the constitution of Kenya 2010.
